Best Business Mindset Books of All Time

Today I have been contemplating the contents of my personal library of books (see My Library). I have a fair swath of business and personal development books. Clearly what I have read does not comprise all the great books, but a good number of them.

Obviously, we can all learn from the shared experiences of others, so I am interested to get feedback from all of my readers on the best books for business that have helped you over the years. Tell me the name of the book, who wrote it and how it has helped you. I am considering a purchase of some new additions for my library and it would be good to see what recommendations you all can make.
